• All products ordered on the Judge Hardware website are shipped via UPS, USPS, or freight. They are fully traceable and insured.
• In stock orders are shipped within 1-5 business day of processing. You will receive an email containing your UPS, USPS, or trucking tracking information. If any or all of your order is NOT in stock, a salesperson will contact you.
• Products that are NOT in stock, but ordered by a customer, will be processed with the rest of the order. Judge Hardware will place orders for out of stock products within 3-5 business days of customer confirmation. Out of stock products may take longer for production ( up to 1-3 months depending on size and quantity). Out of Stock orders may require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.  Once these items are put into production by a salesperson, they CANNOT be canceled or removed from your order. A salesperson will contact you with an update on your status.
• All orders shipped UPS or USPS Priority do NOT require a signature for delivery. Please call us upon receipt of your order if the package has been damaged or if items seem to be missing. Your method of payment will be charged when the order is ready to ship.
• All orders arriving by freight must have someone present to receive the order. All freight deliveries are curbside and are required to be unloaded by the receiver. Please inspect your shipment for any damages before signing. Any damages reported by the receiver after signing for the delivery may NOT be refunded.
