1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide

Credit Card Information: If you choose to purchase products or services from us, you may need to give personal information and authorization to obtain information from various credit services. For example, you may need to provide the following information:· Name · Mailing address · Email address · Credit card number · Home and business phone number · Other personal information (i.e. mother’s maiden name) Email Information In addition to providing the foregoing information to our partners, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.

2. Web Site Use Information

Similar to other commercial Web sites, our Web site utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and Web server logs to collect information about how our Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Web site, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our Web site. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with you as an individual.

Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will NOT offer a refund or exchange. Refunds will ONLY be eligible for items that are broken or manufactured wrong. If you receive an item that is broken, then you must report the damage to Judge Hardware within seven (7) business days of arrival. To be eligible for a return, pictures of the damage must be sent to a Judge Hardware employee along with the corresponding order number (#), and date of arrival. For products manufactured wrong, pictures of the flaws (in full) must be sent to a Judge Hardware employee along with the corresponding order number (#), and date of arrival. Any attempt at refund or return will NOT be processed without this information.

Refunds can be processed for orders that have not been shipped. Once an order has shipped, refunds will NOT be granted unless the product is damaged or manufactured wrong. In some instances a restocking fee of 20 or an in-store credit will be applied. Return labels will only be given in instances where items are broken or manufactured wrong. All other attempts at refund or return must be shipped at the customers expense. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Damage reported to Judge Hardware after 7 days of arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times vary on your bank or credit card provider.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Sales@Judgehardware.com.

* Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Email confirmations are sent after checkout. Once your order is boxed / crated, shipping costs are then calculated. From there we will send your invoice and continue with payment. Larger orders may require deposits to insure faster delivery times for our customers.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. After your order leaves our warehouse a tracking number will be sent via email. If you wish for expedited shipping, please contact us at checkout. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If you have received a damaged or mis-manufactured item please go to our Refund and Returns Policy tab located at the page footer. We will need pictures of the damage, a corresponding order number, and date of arrival. Not all refunds are guaranteed.

Any IN STOCK items can be canceled any time before shipment. You may ONLY cancel your order for OUT OF STOCK items for up to 3-5 business days. Once a salesperson has confirmed your order and has put it into production, it CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED.

Once orders have shipped they can not be canceled. You can not change an order once it is placed. You may add to your existing order or cancel your order and place it again.

Disclaimers

We guarantee that the item you receive is the item shown in our store. However, since many of these items are individually crafted and finished, there could be variations in the color for the specific item you receive.

Damaged Shipments

All damage claims MUST be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to contact us could limit our ability to seek a damage claim from the shipper and the replacement of your item.

Special Information for Large Shipments

Larger orders may require delivery via common carrier due to their weight, which means a truck freight company, will be delivering it to your address. To provide a higher level of service, the shipper will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery.

The common carrier drivers will bring your purchase to your delivery address for curbside delivery. The driver will NOT bring the shipment into your home, business or site, or up any stairs. Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery time and day and your delivery service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your business, home, or site if necessary.

Please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload your order depending on the level of delivery service. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your home, business, or site. These charges are NOT included in your shipping cost.

You can work with the shipper directly to arrange for any additional delivery services that you would like to take advantage of. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

Note: The freight company will charge an additional $75.00 (in some cases even more) if the delivery of any large item is to a residence.
