SHOPPING INFORMATION

All delivery charges are FOB and will be calculated prior to shipping. You will not be charged for your order until it ships.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. After your order leaves our warehouse a tracking number will be sent via email. If you wish for expedited shipping, please contact us at checkout. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

After going through checkout you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order is boxed / crated, shipping costs are then calculated. From there we will send your invoice and continue with payment.

Yes. You will receive an invoice for your order once it’s ready to ship.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment will be deducted from your bank account when your order ships. Any IN STOCK items can be canceled any time BEFORE shipment. You may ONLY cancel orders for OUT OF STOCK items within a 3-5 business day window. Once a salesperson has confirmed your order and has put it into production it CANNOT BE CANCELED. Items that are NOT IN STOCK, may require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit. Once orders have shipped they can not be canceled.

If you have received a damaged or mis-manufactured item please go to our Refund and Returns Policy tab located at the page footer. We will need pictures of the damage, a corresponding order number, and date of arrival. Not all refunds are guaranteed.

Any IN STOCK items can be canceled any time before shipment. You may ONLY cancel your order for OUT OF STOCK items for up to 3-5 business days. Once a salesperson has confirmed your order and has put it into production, it CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED.

Once orders have shipped they can not be canceled. You can not change an order once it is placed. You may add to your existing order or cancel your order and place it again.

When your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can view the status your shipment at any time using your tracking number with the corresponding delivery service.
